Breeding grounds for leftist Bravo Sierra even without the dope sub-culture. I would make a correction to the above passage.
Breeding grounds for leftist Bravo Sierra where the dope sub-culture is a major tenet.

If you opened a restaurant, I'd hate to see what it would look like. It would probably have all the atmosphere of a Siberian housing project. The decor:

"It's not ethical, it's not right and I'm not going to stand for it," Travers said.
This whole article reads like a parody. It's almost funny.

Oh, I'd be glad to vomit on Saddam and throw a molotov cocktail at his bunker Uh the point is that 95% of your pro-pot brethren would rather vomit and throw molotov cocktails at America.

My contenttion is the "Mellow Mushroom" pizza parlors are probably patronized for the most part by the tie-dyed, anti-war, anti-American, pro-Saddam 60's retro crowd.
Poll a place where marijuana is worshipped and probably about 95% of those people are against the war. SO? Are they not allowed to eat pizza or sell goods in public?
To: Dane
You don't get out much... Rural and conservative parts of the country are full of "pro-war" pot-smokers (BTW, where is the Declaration of War via Article 1 Section 8?) and other church-going, gun-toting pot smokers...
something about "don't tread on me"

the vast majority of the pro-pot crowd are the demonstrators you see vomiting and planting molotov cocktails in San Francisco(i.e tie dyed, 60's retro, Marxist/Anarchist whackos with posters of Che Guevera right next to their bongs Making gratutitous and baseless associations like this is not only a weak and transparent debate tactic - it's about as simplistic and insulting as the ONDCPs drugs=terrorism ads - it's also dangerous ground. Just because the church once taught that the earth was the center of the universe, doesn't mean we throw out the Bible now that that's been disproven.
Just because the anti-war crowd is also largely pro-pot doesn't mean they're right about war or wrong about pot. They're separate issues.
I would also dare say there are probably an equal number of pro-war and anti-war pot smokers. The anti-war crowd is just more visible.

SO? Are they not allowed to eat pizza or sell goods in public? Please show where I stated that they should be shutdown? All I stated is that pizza parlors like the "Mellow Mushroom" attract an anti-war, pro-drug crowd.

However, I imagine that this Rachel Travers is a lemon who looks something like this:
(Judy Woodruff)
I don't want to be known as the girl who lives down the street from the pot-smoking pizza shop!
"Why do you have to market to lowlife like this?"
"I'm not going to stand for it!"
It just disgusts me!
LOL!

Go to any pro-pot rally and you will see for the most part that they are the whacko 60's retro crowd.
Sorry that you don't like the reality, but pot and the drug culture are major tenets of the Anarchist/Marxist left.

Sure there is going to be a small number of pro-pot pro-war people, but I beleive the vast majority of the pro-pot are ant-war and are politically empitomized by the protestor crowd.

Go to any pro-pot rally and you will see for the most part that they are the whacko 60's retro crowd. Your analysis is amazingly simplistic and, in my opinion, deliberately myopic.
Maybe the reason you see the leftists and hippies at pot rallies is because those people are prone to rally and protest about anything. It's a social activity for them. Whereas more conservative pot smokers are content to sit at their home smoking and not turning their behavior into a political issue, not to mention that they probably don't want their church elders to see them on TV at a pot rally.
