That's why both major parties are intent on destroying it.If Paul is so saintly, then why is he a registered Republican?
Oh, I forgot, he couldn't get elected as a liberlosian.

"Non-Interventionists believe we were attacked because of our meddling in the Middle East and other foreign adventures."
A few questions.
First, what "meddling"?
Second, why would this "meddling" justify their attacks?
Third, wouldn't you agree that if their attacks were unjustified, then our response to the deaths of several thousand of our citizens are justified?

Of course he's a hypocrite. He's a Libertarian running as a Republican, he's for term limits, but he doesn't say how many he's going to serve (he's in his 7th term) and he's in bed with the likes of Bernie Sanders, Maxine Waters & about 27 other socialists and ultra-liberals with House Res. 20.

GOP Kool-Aid guzzlers Oh, you mean the party Ron Paul obstensibly belongs to? Oh, wait, he's the only *pure* Republican and everyone else, from the President on down, is not.

The hypocrite Ron Paul turns my stomach Say what you want about him -- and I think he is wrong on this issue -- but he may be the only guy in politics who isn't a hypocrite.

So why doesn't he run on the Libertarian Party line? Why doesn't he say how many terms he's going to serve?

Counting this thread, Ron just made $200 today, and I'm not running out of money anytime soon Well, then, I'll make sure to ping you to RP threads, as I think the guy's a loose canon who gives aid and comfort to enemies of the United States.
His ridiculous alternative to driving out the Taliban with the US military was to issue letters of marque and reprisal. Yep. That's the ticket. Bounty hunters.
How do you take somebody like that seriously in 2001?

ron paul is not a republican. he is a louse. a bucket of putrefied scum. unfortunately, there are a few misguided souls who are all too eager to lap up whatever dribbles over the rim.
I used to agree with Ron Paul on this and some other issues. I've since changed my mind and support the President. However I must take issue with your comment; I believe Ron and many Libertarians are saying what they believe and acting on principle. While I disagree with them I put them in a different category than so many Democrats who hate our country.
We should respectfully disagree with people like Ron Paul who are right on so many issues that are important to us; let's not lump them in with the leftists/communists who despise our way of life.

That's right--Ron Paul is the only true Republican, and everyone else is not. I'd suggest you and Ron Paul take your toys and go home.
So is Ron Paul going to run for president again (under the Libertarian party, natch) and does he have your vote?

Ron Paul bump. A true patriot. Right you are! Unlike these "patriots" on this thread, Ron Paul served his country in uniform during the Vietnam War era. How DARE these people question his patriotism when he put his life on the line for his country!!!

If he were truly a patriot, he wouldn't hide behind becoming a Republican to get electedWhen did you serve your country in wartime, lady? I didn't think so. You people talk loud about patriotism and who is a patriot, but all it is is talk. You are a hypocrite.

I guess that leaves only the neo-cons in the party.Indeed. Neo-cons were adoring followers of Trotsky just a couple of decades ago, and now they DARE to tell us who is and who is not a loyal, patriotic American. Makes me sick! Conservatives need to boot the neo-cons OUT of the conservative movement!
