Not that I'm refuting your allegations by saying this, but touting the opinions of "quite a few esteemed voices" from the scientific community isn't likely to carry too much weight on a topic like this, at least not with me. "Quite a few esteemed voices" have told us over the years that:

3. Hormone replacement therapy is linked to breast cancer
4. Hormone replacement therapy is NOT linked to breast cancer
5. Second-hand smoke causes cancer
6. Second-hand smoke does NOT cause cancer
7. Marijuana is harmful to your health

9. Day care is harmful to children

I have cousins from Amarillo that have the same stains so what? It is not due to flouride. Damn guy you are going off the deep end with this crap. Any area with a high sulphur content in the water supply will cause teeth staining. If you are afraid of fluoride then by all means buy bottled water and non-fluoridated toothpaste. Are you vying for the FR kook of the month award or what?

Aren't a mammal teeth all made of the same material? How come wild animal teeth don't decay from lack of fluoride? The sure answer is they aren't bathing their teeth in a toxic soup of refined sugars like us "intelligent" two-legged critters. Cut out all the sugar crap and lose the requirement for fluoride.

Last year I was a volunteer judge at a high school debate tournament. The affirmative team's contention was that fluoride was a weapon of mass destruction. At the time I thought that was the oddest case I'd ever heard. After reading this thread I now see the merits of their arguments. By the way, the affirmative team won that round of the debate because the negative team offered little in the way of refutation.
