As for any kind of faked crime or lying/framing someone for a crime they didn’t commit.

Its as biblical as you can get. You lie about a crime, you try to frame someone, the liar needs to get the max penalty what the framed person was facing.

I have no use for Smollett, but believe that after the Government has made a deal and you have acted upon it, you should be able to hold them to their agreement. The Cook County SA should have been brought up on charges of Obstruction of Justice for what she did.

Yes, he is a nut case and a criminal, but he did what the Government offered him. We should hold the Government to no less of a standard than some criminal.
