Let the doctors who mutilated their bodies treat them for their “womanly” concerns. Other physicians should not be required to participate in the Trans-GIBLETS mental illnesses.
Gynecologists specialize in women's reproductive systems. Only real women have them.

I confess my ignorance.
But, aren’t there differences between a vagina of a woman who was born female, and has always been female, vs. a “woman” who was born male, and has had an incision of some sort made in his body, which is his “vagina”?
Make believe carried out to the point of psychosis. This is like the businesses that advertise that they can speak Klingon. What do they do when some whack job comes in and starts spewing jibberish? Do they pretend to understand?

Infection is a serious problem. The tissues used to create this artificial opening cannot function in the same way as women's tissue. It has no functional immune system and the body keeps trying to expel it.
It should be regarded as medical malpractice to engage in any of this, and doctors should go to prison for performing these types of surgeries.
There is no normal outcome for these people. They have to undergo constant maintenance and "dialation" to keep their pretend organ from getting infected or closing up.
This stuff should be banned.

If an incident such as this puts someone in shock, I hate to think how such a person can navigate all the ins and outs of life, all the situations which arise, all the disappointments and difficulties we face from time to time.

If you disagree with a liberal, then that is DEFINED by them as committing an act of violence. They are then self-justified in “defending” themselves with violence. I saw a video of a liberal man roundhouse kick a woman protesting at an abortion clinic. She was trying to read scripture or something similar to him. He was offended and, as he put it, “struck back.” As long as the legal system that is supposed to defend us lets this behavior continue it will.
A few stitches, a little antibiotic cream and a band aid.

Amazing someone would want that for himself.
