That happened to a buddy of mine. His balls swelled up to grapefruits.
Problem was, the docs (and this is Navy medicine we're talking about) told him to take it easy for a few days but the post-op pain was so mild, he forgot about this and went about his normal activities.
Wound up in the ER getting his balls drained (and not in the fun way).
My pre-op video was a cartoon with two nutsacks speaking in British accents talking about the procedure. When the cartoon scalpel came out, I got queasy and left the room.
Young women today are animals. Demons. The “role models” for them are not Myrna Loy, Greer Garson, Teresa Wright or Donna Reed; but Cardi-B, Megan Thee Stallion, Beyonce, and the Kardashians. No modesty, no class, no mothering instinct or strong protectors of children. The only good news is that they also have NO future. Let’s hope they exhaust themselves into extinction without taking Western Civilization down with them.
