Chester Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky said the box was not addressed to the school, or even to a property in the city of Chester. Rather, it had been addressed to an auto repair shop in bordering Chester Township to an avid gun collector.

I’d like to know what Chester Police Commissioner Gretsky thinks could justify him investigating the legitimate purchaser of the rifles. They were in the possession of Fed Ex before the errant delivery and all laws had been followed for them to be in Fed Ex possession. It sounds like the police took full advantage of an opportunity to snoop on a citizen.
