The Taliban, like ISIS, is the Middle East/Asia Minor’s equivalent of the Cambodian Khmer Rouge, Hitler’s SS and Gestapo, and the Soviet Union’s KGB/elimination troops starting in the late 19-teens through the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, Mao and Ho in their mass extermination campaigns, and even Russia in Afghanistan in the 1980’s.
A little history will go a long way to explaining why all totalitarians are the same despite a different name.
