Kerry is a little confused over who is the target of laughing and weeping.
To: Rabin
Kerry negotiated and signed an agreement that required the United States to give $100 billion annually to “third world leaders” so that they would use every penny to develop “clean” energy and save the planet. You can spend all the money you like but given the laws of physics, there is no way to generate the necessary reliable cheap electricity that alleviates poverty with “clean energy”. Obama and Kerry never had the courage to submit their “deal” to the US Senate for approval and hearings. Also is should be noted that the word “Kerry” has been incorporated into the Farsi language of Iran. Loosely translated it means “pompous, narcissistic fool”.

President Trump has a parallel agreement. It's always good to reduce pollution where possible. Eventually tech will make it a non issue.

Are these Kerry’s words or is he throwing somebody else’s words over the White House fence?

Cool bike. Looks like a 1940-50s Raleigh Super-Be. Those bikes were built to last forever (every part can easily be rebuilt).

If Kerry thinks something is bad, it has to be good for the USA.
It is pretty simple.

How could they commit American taxpayer dollars without that expenditure starting in the House?
Oh, that’s right. Ryan/Boehner gave up that power when we gave them the House and they just Okie Dokied every spending item Obama asked for

At least President Trump earned his money while John(I served in Vietnam) Kerry had to marry for it. (Twice)

Fact: under the Paris Agreement, China promises to "only" increase its carbon emissions by 34% until they peak in 2030. (And one can always rely on the promise of a Communist regime 13 years into the future on Social Issues!!)
Fact: In 2015, China emitted 10.6 billion tons of carbon... compared to #2 US at 5.2, #3 the entire EU at 3.5, #4 India at 2.5, and #5 Russia at 1.8... so China is already emitting more than US-EU-Russia COMBINED... (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_carbon_dioxide_emissions)
Fact: 34% of 10.4 billion tons is 3.5b... so in other words, under the Paris Agreement, China can ADD an amount greater than ALL OF THE EU to their current worst-in-the-world figure, while the rest of the world has to tighten their belts and do less.
Fact: This is what the current air pollution numbers are for China, the EU, the US, etc:

And they want to say that the US is the problem.

This.
"Didn't read full text (not going to click on tehran times).
That said, Mister Kerry, who lied to Congress dressed in fatigues and publicly threw his (likely undeserved) medals away and who claimed to be part of a black ops patrol that never happened and who (IIRC) never released the full details of his military discharge has no standing to criticize anyone."
All of the above. Thank you, Seaplaner.

Ummm...why do you ask? Did you read the last sentence of the story at the top? Btw, I would describe it as a mocking mimic, a play on Kerry's own words. That was the intention but appears to have failed on you.☺ I will strive to be more specific and less cryptic.♥
