The fact that both cops have their butts in a sling tells me that there is evidence of collusion in the traffic stop of the husband.
You’re sure right about the stupid pills... but it’s OK ‘cause you seem to have gotten there first and taken the lot of them. NO ONE could possibly have been born so dumb. My guess is, besides the stupid pills, you’ve been practicing stupid for at LEAST a decade or more. Which PD do you work for? Or is it that you’re related to the scumbag who started all this with his phony arrest?

Uh buddy, that video was the test administered at the police station AFTER she was arrested for REFUSING THE BREATHALYZER TEST WHEN THE OFFICER STOPPED HER ON THE ROADWAY! You didn’t even read the letter the trial attorney wrote did you? You didn’t even read the police report did you? You didn’t even google the name of the trooper for an update did you? SHeese.

You are right. They don’t have a case against her. Nobody has said they do after she blew a 0.00. The situation is one of a trial attorney ambulance chaser bigshot dropping his name all over the place trying to get a good cop fired. Did you watch the video where the first thing he says to the cop is “Did you touch her”? THis ambulance chaswer is looking for 1) a lawsuit for $ and 2) publicity.
Police are automatically placed on suspension when a serious complaint is lodged against them. They still get paid; they work at a desk.
So you are saying the officer was stupid enough to WRITE IN HIS REPORT he had no contact with the other officer, which since all communications are recorded and phone records can be checked, would make his report a false report....??

Did you ever think maybe there was a stolen vehicle report or worse yet an abduction report using a vehicle that resembled your “fiancee’s”? How long are you suspended for this time Wyrich?
I know that type of thing has happened in other places, but am not sure it has anything to do with this incident.
I am confident that most State Police are above that type of behavior and if they are not they are soon weeded out.
This will probably be settled in court.
