1. None, there is no amount of Federal usurpation of power that would constitute a justification for secession.
2. The current Federal usurpation of power hasn't reached the point of secession, but there is a limit on how much more ground can be given.
3. Federal usurpation, backed by a strong socialist movement, has reached the point that there is no stopping it, secession will be the only means of remedy.
