I never read what the trolls write any more but some time ago either LC admitted or it was found out by others (I think he did admit it) that he is writing a book about stupid birthers and so he is saving peoples’ comments and so forth.

A prosecuting attorney decides what they investigate. A police organization or the citizenry comes to a prosecutor with evidence of a crime and convinces the prosecutor to bring the evidence before a grand jury to see if there is enough evidence for an indictment.
In 73 attempts no one has been granted legal standing to challenge Obama’s eligibility via the civil lawsuit route, it just makes sense to me (but obviously not to you) to see if the criminal side of the judicial system might take up the cause.
I favor a Grand Jury approach because of the combination of average citizens hearing the evidence and because Grand Juries have subpoena power.
If you want to keep on getting rejected by the civil lawsuit side, be my guest.
A federal grand jury under the direction of US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald sure was successful in bringing down, impeaching and removing and convicting Rod Blagojevich.

I never said that criminal charges should not be brought, I suspect they will as soon as it is confirmed that Obama is not eligible.

It is a classic Catch 22 of politics, Obama cannot be charged with a crime until it is proved that he is and always has been ineligible however in order to prove that he is ineligible someone has to get him to prove it in a court of law.

No one in this country except for it seems a number of brave souls are willing to risk everything to force him to prove he is eligible in a civil court, oddly enough the only courts open to our citizens to question the constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama without the assistance of our justice department.

Every law suit ever brought against Obama could have been stopped with the simple release of this one item and now the democrats are sweating bullets that someone might actually ask for it AND PROCEED TO THEN REMOVE OBAMA FROM OFFICE.

and in the end the answer is always the same all Obama has to do is release his original birth certificate.
