No it exposes you as a hysterical hypocrite who really has no clue who or what is best for advancing conservatism.
Are you sure you're really in the right place?
It says something about DeDe’s character, that she would leak a private e-mail to the press in order to mischaracterize it as a pledge of support for her.
I don’t remember, was he a Rooty Rooter?
I have looked at his posts and I do believe he is a DU Troll.
This is a conservative website dedicated to all the things that Doo Doo Skuzzyfava is against. Guys like him come here and try to antagonize the conservatives while pretending to be loyal freepers.
Well no matter who was running against Skuzzyfava I would be for their opponent only because it is Republicans like Skuzzyfava that give the democrats the cover they need to destroy this country from within.
I hope to God that Skuzzyfava loses big time. It would be fantastic if Hoffman wins, but I would prefer a real democrat to be elected than a Republican turncoat who is nothing more than a Democrat in all but label only... DIABLO.
The next election is only a year away and the last thing we need is for Doo Doo Skuzzyfava to be running as an incumbent.
You might as well say, "Well, I was pledged to support the National Government, and, well, Hindenburg lost his mind and appointed this crazy Austrian paperhanger . . . . but, nah, I'm pledged, I better stick with it."
Perhaps Hoffman just changed his mind? It’s not like he sent this letter to Owens... Sheesh.
It is kind of funny that you support a liberal that is being deceptive by running as a republican (dede), but you won’t support a guy (Hoffman) that only changed his mind about supporting a raging lib because the conservative republican party base rejected her.
Sounds like Hoffman is listening to conservative republicans more than the RNC is.
Yep.
Nice bit of projection. I remember the hysteria of the Rats when Bill Clinton was exposed as a liar. You're exhibiting the same hysteria.
What are you, illiterate? A congratulatory note is not an unbreakable covenantal pledge of undying support. He congratulated her and, as a fellow Republican, offered to help her. Later, upon reflection and probably additional information about her positions he realized what a bad choice she was.
It's not a sin to change your mind, especially as you become aware of new data. To insist that he has to stick to his 'pledge' no matter what is peurile. We can learn a lesson here to not easily pledge ourselves to major commitments without thoroughly investigating, but I don't think that extends to simple one-liner notes of congratulations and well-wishing.
Hoffman intends to lie his way to power.
So when'd you become so enamoured of a ACORN-supported uberliberal wearing an (R) label, that you would help participate in an unfair smear?
Are you the chairman of your local party chapter, or are you in the running for volunteer of the year? Only a brown shirt party hack would disparage someone for choosing conservative values over liberal ideology.
If you don’t like the guy, that’s all the confirmation I need. I’ll send him more $$$ today.
“Youre an Obama supporter, arent you?”
Like Hoffman? I can understand you getting overboard with vitriol from being attacked by everyone else on FR and being called a DU Troll and a shill and whatnot. But I really don’t understand your support for Skozzy. Can you not see from our 20 year slide to where we are now that moderate to liberal R’s are no better than the Rats? What difference would it make if Spector’s seat had been filled with a guy with a D all these years?
Everyone else has finally gotten it. What are you seeing the benefit will be having another liberal who happens to have and R? I can see greater benefit in her losing big and showing the party that the conservatives matter and we’re not longer happy with a few bones. There’s even more benefit if Hoffman actually wins.
I haven't supported anyone in the race. It's kind of funny that so many of Hoffman's supporters share his predilection.
“I hope you didn’t send him your credit card information.”
Unless you have other info you want to share, that’s a cheap shot. Your case that he is a liar is very weak but at least plausable. Now you are suggesting he is a thief.
It's not a lie, moron. The letter was a gracious bit of meaningless doggeral. All candidates do this.
YOU are the one who is LYING.
I would hope the NRA changed their minds and endorsed Hoffman, whose a lifelong member of the NRA, which he touts in his campaign ads. I do know the GOA encouraged the NRA’s 4 million members to get behind Hoffman.
I really don't understand your need for invention.
Tell me the name of one, just one politician you supported who never lied.
