McCain was not born in a hospital in the Canal Zone. He was born in the Republic of Panama.

John Sidney McCain III was born at the Colon Hospital, located at Avenida Melendez and 2nd Street, Manzanillo Island, City of Colon, Republic of Panama. The time of birth on the birth certificate issued by Panama Railroad Company (which owned the Colon Hospital) was 5:25 PM and the day and date of birth was Saturday, August 29, 1936.

Are you really trying to tell me that a hospital, owned by a New York railway company, is the same as an American Embassy?

Because the Canal Zone was a “no man’s land,” in the words of Representative Sparkman, in 1937 Congress passed a statute, the Act of Aug. 4, 1937 (now codified at 8 U.S.C. § 1403(a)) granting citizenship to “[a]ny person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904” who had at least one U.S. citizen parent. This Act made Senator McCain a U.S. citizen before his first birthday. But again, to be a natural born citizen, one must be a citizen at the moment of birth. Since Senator McCain became a citizen in his eleventh month of life, he does not satisfy this criterion, is not a natural born citizen, and thus is not “eligible to the Office of President.”

The private attorney general is completely legit and is being used in courts today and they are winning cases against the system. They are putting families back together when children are snatched for no good reason other than it is the monetary benefit of the system. They are going up against the IRS & the treasury and winning and the govt is starting to crack. You all need to go to AIB radio at talk shoe and listen to a few episodes, then go to their websites and start studying up. These folks have been out there in the trenches for decades working to restore our system and we need to get behind them and get the word spread farther & wider and stop the corruption.

Born in a US embassy is NOT being born on US soil, sorry. Being born on US soil is being born on US soil. It is a simple concept. Panama is NOT US SOIL. US had NO JURISDICTION in Colon or Panama City per treaty.

Sorry, John McCain was a “citizen at birth” (NOT natural born citizen) when he was BORN because both of his parents were US citizens REGARDLESS of WHERE he was born. This law is a moot point to McCain. He doesn’t need it.

An Army captain fighting deployment to Iraq has challenged the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency in a federal complaint filed this month, and has employed attorney Orly Taitz — a national figure in the birther movement — to represent her.

The complaint of Capt. Connie Rhodes, filed Friday in the Columbus division of U.S. District Court, is similar to the July 8 suit filed by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, who sought conscientious objector status and a temporary injunction. Taitz represents both.

“Plaintiff ... submits and charges that the current de facto president is an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, an unqualified imposter ...” Rhodes’ complaint states. “(She) submits that she cannot lawfully act under his authority, but that she is being forced to do so without any opportunity or remedial avenue whatsoever.”

Rhodes seeks to stop U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates, the commander of Fort Benning and others from giving any order to her or others until Obama’s legitimacy is established, the complaint states. She also seeks conscientious objector status based on her doubts of Obama’s constitutional qualifications.
