Unless the woman in question is indeed hittable.
Freep-mail me to get on or off my pro-life and Catholic List:
Please ping me to note-worthy Pro-Life or Catholic threads, or other threads of interest.
Obama Says A Baby Is A Punishment
Obama: If they make a mistake, I dont want them punished with a baby.
Chuckle.
I tend to simply ignore the "I'd hit it" posts. But, I must agree with you. The level of discourse on FR has really deteriorated since 1998.
In everyday conversation, I'm sick and tired of "My bad." Happily, I don't hear it as often anymore.
I agree wtih you. I find it crude & vulgar. It’s been so overused on this site, it’s not funny at all, anymore. Seeing something five times is one thing. Now, it seems like it’s more like it has taken over on some threads.
You still haven't. Are you gay or somethin?
I simply must gnaw through the restraints on a more regular basis...
This thread is now being pinged to the pro-life/Catholic group.
Ah, well. Then I guess my response is that I don’t mind a little humor once in a while.
I have Evangelical friends who are not allowed to smoke, drink, or dance in public. Catholics, on the other hand, allow all three, as long as they are done in moderation.
The same with jokes in bad taste, as long as the taste isn’t TOO bad. I wouldn’t hit it literally; that would be adultery. But I might hit it metaphorically.
ping to myself to read when I’m in a better mood
I’m with you.
Liberal magazines try to convince men that acting like a gentlemen, acting manly, is “unmanly.” It’s kind of sad how people are manipulated.
You’ve probably convinced yourself that John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, and Audie Murphy are pansies, right?
I guess this is the thread that wouldn’t die. But I got a chuckle out of your comment.
I think it gets resurrected once a year. Either in honor, or in mocking. OK, maybe not honor.
It is funny because I’m watching Jon Stewart, and he was commenting on how Obama apparently said he would hit up a woman for the supreme court, and Jon said, I’d hit her.... for the Supreme Court.
So “I’d hit it” is still timely and newsworthy, I guess.
Chuckle. I guess so, too.
I'd bump it.
No, wait...I mean, I would bump this thread. That comment should not be construed as a female response to the odious "I'd hit it."
"See" you here next year ;)
I just don’t care for the ‘I’d hit it’ comments about the pictures of youngsters in their teens or the young ladies in their early 20’s. You know some of the guys making the comments have daughters or granddaughters the same age and would hate such comments to be made about them.
Thanks for showing up late to the party.
With a shoe.
Perhaps “hit” is too harsh of a word. Would you agree to something a bit more sensitive like, “caress” or even softer yet, “dandle”?
