"Did you want something?"
I was looking for the rationale behind your calling my faith "tortured".
But you seem to be busy.
To: Sir Francis Dashwood; Central Scrutiniser
Sir Francis, you ought to see just how fast this Central Scrutiniser runs from every conversation when called for his overt bigotry. Check out his/her other rants in other threads here.
So, I would not be concerned with the cat calls from the likes of this ne.

Didn't run, just had dinner.
But Sir Francis sure did run.
He accused others of calling people gay, then called others "queers" on this very thread. And the whole Ann Landers nonsense.
LOL
Its a free speech forum, your taliban friends haven't been able to stop that. I can agree to disagree with you, its give and take.
The president has no problem with Mary Cheney, good for him.

There is NOTHING rationale behind your tortured faith.
Don't you have some slut sinners to stone or something?
To: CWOJackson
Yep, this thread is much more amusing than anything on TV tonite.

"What do you expect them to say? "What some people want is best described as Jerry Springer show material residing at 1600 Pennsylvania.

Can you image one of these folks going up to a potential Vice Presidential nominee and asking them about the private lives of their children?
"Mr. Cheney, we need to determine whether you're qualified to be Vice President. Are any of your children lesbi...."
WHACK!
To: Luis Gonzalez
So how are things down there in that third world pest hole you call home?
To: CWOJackson
"Don't you have some slut sinners to stone or something?"
I've asked you twice to explain why you called my faith "tortured".
Twice you have evaded the question.
You apparently can't back up you statement.
To: CWOJackson
LOL!!!
Here I am sitting in my $500,000+ third world shack wishing that I had a nice double wide somewhere in Colorado from where I could pass judgement on others, and call myself a "true conservative."

You make it far to obvious on your own; you don't need anyones help.
To: CWOJackson
"You make it far to obvious on your own; you don't need anyones help."
That's three evasions.
Want to go for four - or can you substantiate your statement?

LOL! Yep. I'll admit that there are a few areas in the greater Miami area I'd prefer not to go to, but there are sections of Denver that make greater Miami look white bread Presbyterian. I guess Tom Terrific avoids Denver.
And let's be honest, $500,000 in Miami is probably only like $350,000 most other places...ie. a real ghetto.
To: PetroniusMaximus
LOL! That's three, now four, times pointing out the obvious. Oh, do let's go for five.
To: CWOJackson
I'm not in Miami any more...I've "assimilated" north.

See, even you agree with Tom Terrific.
I'm not sure why everyone was upset that his planned speech might have gotten protested. It simply shows that the Americans of Cuban ancestry in Miami share his own views...they want to keep undesirables out.
To: montag813
Bush could have very easily said "I am not going to comment on the personal life of Mary Cheney. I respect her privacy", and leave it at that. It is very disappointing that he chose ebullient praise of a homosexual artificial procreation, but certainly not surprising given his increasing wishy-washiness. Yes. He's pandering to the pro-gay vote. He should have said what you say above or "it's none of your damn business!".
To: Central Scrutiniser
I knew you would eventually show up on this thread. LOL
