Nice rant, not much to disagree with.
Just the right amount of caps too.

Your post was too kind to these geniuses. The "true conservatives" managed to get rid of exactly ONE "RINO". The rest of the seats lost were held by members with ACU ratings ranging from 100 down to 60. The same geniuses rammed trough at least 2 candidates in the primaries, Harris and Graf, that were slaughtered in races that would have been winnable by anyone of their primary challengers. Then they have the absolutely dishonest gall to claim it was the "RINOS" that lost this election and that the GOP deserved to lose. I guess this will serve as my "OPUS" post because I am not about to stick around here while these idiots spend the next 2 years spewing their idiotic demands that the GOP bend to their every whim and then sit on their fat butts when the next election rolls around. Yes you were way to kind.

You said everything I was feeling for the past two years and especially since the election last Tuesday.

I just couldn't read the whole thing. Too whinie, or is it winy? wynie? Too long. The game is only over when we quit. No matter how many times you fall, you get back up. So many have given so much for this country. Now some want to quit because an election was lost. You know, they have not really had to fight that much for what they got(the dems, I mean). What would it have been like if the Republicans had been really united and put forth a strong conservative voice(as well as governed in that respect). That is really one of their greatest weaknesses, in that, , well, like a prize fighter that wins title after title because his opponents are really wimps. He thinks he's a champ, and he gets the titles, but he's never really fought another true fighter.

I hope that wasn't your opus...the voices of reason, the minds who, if not leaders, have actually been around some in their life, are dwindling here.
