I reminds me of the scene in the X-Files, where Mulder is trying to explain to the Lone Gunmen how some sort of world wide conspiracy is being run by the US govt...ah, but those Lone Gunmen are too smart...they are not falling for that...after all, they say, how could the US govt, which brought us the Susan B. Anthony Dollar and Amtrack, conceive of and carry out some grand sophisticated world wide conspiracy...

To me if one is contrary to the Commandments of the Lord that is Godless (cult) because one is trying to over throw the will of God!

The only one on this forum that has been malign for being non Christian is the LDS when they are Christian this conversation has been going on since this forum started!

You have even said you read many things here but don't always reply....

there were conversation with the Trinity folks expressing their views on the Godhead and you also found it troubling!

Rarely or if ever does this forum talk about Budda or Hindu etc!

BTW I don't think they are Godless for like most religions by the time they reach 2006 their faith has been diluted or vastly edited.

Someday all those things will be restored to their original state and man will see how the Lord had communicated with all his children!

Like I say, the pictures are unambiguous and so is the report from MSNBC and Reuters. The only thing in the whole picture which is ambiguous are the motives of the people trying to make something opposite of what the evidence indicates out of the story.

I had written:

<< Several of the creationists on FR claim that dinosaurs lived alongside man -- and at least one is claiming that there is plenty of evidence that they survived "up to at least 1200 years ago." Apparently, we all know this, but are engaged in this huge conspiracy to cover it up. >>

Found it. Here it is, in part:

<< There is considerable evidence of dinos up to about 1200 years ago. I know that you are sent here to confuse that fact, but it is still a fact. The evidence has been discussed on many previous threads and you and your kind have attempted to shout the truth down. >>

This person specifically mentioned the Triceratops as surviving for a long time. I asked for evidence -- and I am sure most of you can guess what he referred me to:

Yep -- the ICA STONES -- although he called them the "Inca stones." The same stones that suppposedly also show complication surgery, flying machines, telescopes, etc. And the man who sells them says that the civilization that produced them went back home to the Pleiades long ago.

But those stones are evidence of creationism. So is Nessie, Yeti, and Bigfoot. I am NOT making this up. Just read some of their threads on this.

How is being a Mormon supposed to be godless?

Amazing, aren't we?

Yes, we are. We've convinced the ones we need to know about that a conspiracy that doesn't exist exists.

Wow! How brilliant!

And it was done by doing nothing but disagreeing with them and presenting evidence. LOL.

Paranoia is easily manipulated.

What you are saying in this post, is not addressing what you have said, that I said concerning you being Godless, because you are LDS...I want you to address that...

If someone else said that to you, then shame on them..however, I did not say it, and yet you said that I did...address this please...

Yes, I have read many things I do not reply to...so what?..I read many things that I may find troubling, so I study more about them...so what?...what does that have to do with this current matter?

You have stated as a fact, that I said you were Godless, because you were LDS...you have stated this as a fact...it is not...you are really bearing false witness against me, and I really dont like it...I would like you to explain why you are saying that I said something that I did not say...

I never said that..Read all the posts leading up to this, and you will see that Restornu, is claiming that I said something, which I never said...I am asking her to back up her claim, and so far, I have not received a satisfactory reply...

<< Like I say, the pictures are unambiguous >>

If that is so -- then why do you keep describing them as "meat" and "fresh meat" -- when they were bone fragments that were soaked for a week?

<< and so is the report from MSNBC and Reuters. >>

If that is so -- then why is there no evidence to support the statements in the stories? The National Guard memo story was straightforward too -- and so were the documents they showed! You believe those, too? They haven't retracted the claims, you know. So -- let's just keep pushing the story till they do; that's the "Christian" thing to do, is it?

<< The only thing in the whole picture which is ambiguous are the motives of the people trying to make something opposite of what the evidence indicates out of the story. >>

Since the ones saying the opposite of what the evidence indicates are the creationists, including AIG and a hundred other sites that followed the lead of AIG -- and since the actual evidence refutes what they said -- it is THEIR motives that we need to look at -- and frankly, their motives are NOT AT ALL ambiguous.

And neither are the motives of those who continue to tout a disproven story because of their refusal to do the honorable thing and admit error.

Once, when doing some work on mathematical algorithms for textual analysis, I stumbled onto the actual Author Of Shakespeare. Then next day, I was visited by a delegation of English Literature Professors who explained to me why such knowledge was dangerous and could not be released to the public; it would mean the End Of Civilization As We Know It. They also taught me the secret handshake.

And some people think the Bilderbergers are effective.

Don't make an accusation if you are not prepared to back it up. You owe her an apology. She in no way even implied that LDS was godless.

I want you lurkers to think long and hard about this little sub-thread about the T-Rex bones. We went through this same "chase me around the mulberry bush" routine yesterday with someone on another thread. Even though he was completely refuted by the facts -- facts in an article he himself quoted from -- he steadfastly refused to back down, in a long, protracted, increasingly bizarre exchange.

What does that say about motives? What does it say about integrity? We evil evos are constantly being accused of dishonesty and deliberate distortions. In fact -- this last post from tomzz offered up that exact accusation yet again -- IN A THREAD THAT CONTAINS THE PROOF OF HIS OWN DISTORTIONS!

Please -- you other creationists -- you other Christians -- is this really the way you want to be represented in this debate? Can't you provide some counter-measure to this behavior? Surely you would not condone it by your silence, or worse, support it openly. Would you?

It's not about winning points. It's about integrity. Without that -- how could we have any hope of sincere communcation?

Darwin Central has been "designed" to be the best conspiracy of all -- and you know why?

Because...... it's the conspiracy that cares.

I will try to take a shot at this one...we have been told many times, that if even one thing in the Bible, is inaccurate, not true, than that can lead a person to question the truth or validity of everything else in the Bible...which leads perhaps to questioning the Divinity of Jesus Christ, and His role in our salvation...

This is not something I am saying, but it is what has been said by many on these threads...
