""Does it bother you that humans are just another species in the grand scheme of things :)"?""
No, what concerns me is that you believe this.

It's still just a nonsense phrase. Call it metaphysics if you want.

Sorry, guess there's no helping degreed people understand simple concepts. I'm going to go turn some popcorn into popcorn and call the media..

""No one claims that evolution is "The creative force in the universe". It's simply a process by which diverse species emerge, nothing more.""
The process by which diverse species emerge must logically be related to the process by which all species came into being.

Why not? According to you the Grand Scheme of things is God's grand scheme.
BTW I don't "believe" this. Piles of scientific data support it. I honestly think Creationists dislike evolution so much because they think it interferes with their personal "special" relationship with God. When H. sapiens goes extinct, and that will happen some day, will God go extinct with them?

The distinction of "species" has no relevance until life diversifies into the point where reproductive isolation exists, so you're right because you're just using different sets of words to describe the exact same event. The process by which diverse species emerged is the process by which all species came into being. This, however, is different than the process by which the first life forms came into existnce, the process by which planets (including Earth) came into existence, the process by which stars came into existence, the process by which solar systems or galaxies came into existence or the process by which matter came into existence. As such, your demands for "evolutionists" to create "something from nothing" are demonstratably totally nonsensical, as you demand something that evolution does not claim to explain.

"No, it wold be the same natural or supernatural process to make something more complex out of something less complex -- as it would to make something out of nothing -- because you would be dealing with the same creative process in both cases."
No, it wouldn't be. Is the formation of a snowflake a supernatural processes?
" So, until Evolutionists can create something out of nothing, their "science" means nothing."
Again, an ignorant strawman argument.

Dover is irrelevant to your case. Backwards. A lopsided loss by pro-IDers in a heavily GOP area, and the retreat from ID by prominent GOP office holders is very relevant. Ask Senator Santorum, Republican, Pennsylvania.
The ID guys didn't fold up and go home because you guys stuck your tongues out,
Correct. They got tossed out by a heavily GOP electorate.
they spread and are attacking elsewhere and will continue to.
Now you're sounding like Baghdad Bob.

if a descendant has a genome containing sequences not found in its ancestral stock, it is a mutation from that stock, not a variation of that stock.
enough mutations, provided they do not lead to inviability, inevitably leads to speciation.
speciation, not "variance in kind" or "a different breed".
