I have a confession to make. For at least the last week, I check the local television news right after the alarm clock goes off, and before I go get the newspaper on the front lawn in the hope of hearing that this nightmare has finally ended.

I hate what it's doing to this forum. I hate what it's doing to the conservative movement and the support for the GOP. I HATE IT!

It might have been Hannity and Colmes...I am trying to watch all the 'news' programs, and after a while, they get all jumbled up...I was just trying to recall where I saw it, as I did not want to have someone ask me to 'prove' what I saw, and then I couldnt...I must have heard Bobby make his remarks, and they so turned me off, ,that I switched channels...that is probably why I missed the friends comments...

At night, I channel surf the MSM, until about eleven o'clock.

Some shows that are on in early evening, are replayed a few hours later and that's when I catch them.

I'm guessing that the viewpoints of you two reflect the viewpoints of quite a few folks on this thread. I see some of the people on the other side saying that Michael is the Anti-Christ (and yes, I really did see that). Some of you folks here are trashing the Schindlers in a very nasty way. Why should someone take you any more seriously than those on the other side?

Actually I think that's a pretty reasonable question. There is certainly the danger that one side could slip into hyperbole as much as the other.

I think it's very healthy. After all, all of the sleepers and frauds who hold the same positions and mouth the same talking points as FR's natural enemies have been exposed and flushed out. Better to know now who they are than wait till it really counts and have them cut and run or stab you in the back.

Why is it wrong to question all sides in this? Should the Schindlers be placed upon a pedestal for their suffering? Should Terri? Or is it possible to see them as merely human?

You do the same thing as I do...most of the 'news' programs are rerun here, some of them are on as many as three times in one evening....sometimes I catch all of them, sometimes not...

I am an nite-owl, and usually dont even get to sleep until 4 or 5am...so that gives me all nite, to surf around on the TV...I try to catch everything, but am not always successful...
