I just wouldn't want you to be afflicted with MY drinking problem.
No beer in the house...
Fireworks are still going, and they cover the horizon!
Happy New Year to all of you!! Las Vegas is the place to be tonight!
(NOT!!!)
Oh my... *blushes*
*muah*
Ouch. Sorry to hear it. I do hope you have a suitable substitute?
Happy New Year!
Well, I aren't sobering up! 14 beers on the plane,(14 hours) six or so at home........AA take me:)
Happy New Year, two lips!!
Happy New Year!
I'm just setting the stage for a religious poem.
I might want to rhyme the words "The Lamb" with something.
Mouthwash??
LOL! Yes I have two lips. ;-)
Happy New Year, IA! (In about 1 hr and 50 min)
I celebrated the New Year at 8:30 pm with a 3 year old. We popped open a bottle of Welch's sparkling grape juice.
"No beer in the house..."
Amend that statement... I found one way in the back of the fridge.
WaHooo!!!! Happy New Year!!
LOL! Yay!
No, I don't have a talent to write much less to write poetry. If there is any, its latent talent. I liken the rhyme in a poem to the melody of a song; they are both, in my opinion, divinely inspired, especially the melody of a song. The melody itself will not have reached its goal until it has reached your soul. Likewise, although a quatrain has reached its end, it hasn't reached its goal until it has reached your soul.
Good night everyone, and a have a healthy, safe and happy 2005 and beyond.
MM, have a safe trip and beware of fraudulent moving companies.
Did they supply you with the convenient underseat pitot tube?
"I would strongly suggest that you measure carefully. Those trucks can hold a lot!
You will need to know the exact cubic footage of all your boxes. Try to picture them shoved all together, and stacked seven feet high. You need that measurement.
You will also want the stronger boxes to be on the bottom, and the crunchables on top."
The truck will hold 350 CF...it is about 6'2" interior headspace, with no room for error. The 15' is 800 CF. I think I may have 450 CF, with the furniture.
This truck does NOT have the extra space of "granny's attic" over the cab, so unless I can shrink my stuff, it is a sucky situation. Everything has to be boxed because it is going into storage...No one in my family will help me (five siblings) and those who could don't want to. So I will finish packing tomorrow and take it on the chin.
I have no idea how much I will need to spend for gas, but whatever it is, it won't be enough...I will no doubt get there on a wing and a prayer; and the tank will have to be filled/topped off when I turn it in.
I've had worse things to deal with, but not since my son was a tiny little guy!
Your words.
Good night, Baraonda.
