I find it appalling that Hutchinson is trying to hide his public business - if you don't wanna the work Asa THEN GET OUT OF THE WAY!

Jose Concepcion Lopez, 32, was taken into custody shortly after noon at his residence on Northwest Ninth Street following an investigation of alleged abuse, believed to have occurred in recent weeks in Prineville. Lopez was booked into the Crook County Jail on charges of first-degree sex abuse and unlawful sexual penetration.
