I am an investigator involved in civil and criminal investigations. And I'll repeat, the chaos and criminal fraud perpetrated by this government approved invasion of millions is epic. If SCOTUS vacancies open up, he will see his nominees scrutinized and resisted with a zeal that can only be expected and carried out by a Republican-controlled Senate Judiciary Committee that has suffered through years of kidney-punches and eye-gouging in judicial appointment hearings by a Democrat minority (it would help immensely if the spineless, Kennedy-appeasing Orrin Hatch were replaced as Committee Chair).

If I've got this right, you think that a Dem president is going to find resistance from the Republican Congress to appoint Liberal Judges? I doubt it. The Republicans have shown themselves to be spineless, time after time. Remember that insanity is doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results.

Remember, also that it was Reagan that got us into this mess by appointing the first woman.
