How about an answer to
Have you ever cheated on your wife? I don't need the gory details, just an honest answer.
To: arasina
They're getting revenge on Drudge and making the "right wing" look really bad at the same time for falling for his reporting this time around. ,
Drudge didn't do anything except report that the mainstream media was investigating the story. He never gave names or alleged that the report was true. Drudge's credibility comes into play if ABC et. al were not/not investigating the matter.

And if he says no? There would be another 1000 post thread hearing calling him a liar?
It would be awful here. Hair pulling. Screaming. Cats sleeping with dogs.
To: kabar
Further, there is no reason to get revenge on Drudge or the VWRC at this point in time. Kerry has been awash in favorable press. Why muddy the water right now?

If he said no and it was proven he lied, ala Bubba, then I'd have a problem.
Let me ask you a question: If Kerry was innocent why not a firm, fierce denial Thursday right after the story broke on Drudge? How long does it take to recall you've NEVER cheated on your wife?
To: lainie
Which socialites and actresses did he supposedly (famously) date after his divorce? Lots of links say he did, but they don't include the ladies' names. This one does: Report: Scandal rocks Kerry campaign
A week ago, the Boston Herald's Inside Track column discussed a National Enquirer investigation on John Kerry which claimed Kerry is "an admitted pot smoker who had an eye for Hollywood honeys, namely Morgan Fairchild, Michelle Phillips and Catherine Oxenberg. In fact, Morgan and Michelle were so turned off by him, they both contributed to the other candidates seeking the nomination," the Herald stated.
According to the column, the Enquirer story also mentioned a "22-year-old blonde who was spotted around midnight 'dropping off her resume' at Kerry's Louisburg Square home while wife Teresa Heinz was in Nantucket."

Of course, if he said yes I'd still have a problem. But he'd have a bigger one.
To: mewzilla
The truth is always easier to remember. We have not heard the end of this.

I checked the black "vette" list and this is all I could come up with:
To: arasina
This whole affair (no pun intended) is completely bizarro. WHY would there be some interview a TV Network is sitting on, if the affair was with some staffer? Something else must be going on here or this is one big joke.

Most of these politicians won't come out and answer a question about what they had for breakfast until they run it past their advisors.
Remember, when all this nonsense came out about Bush's DUI, there was not an immediate denial on that either.
To: Bluntpoint
because the DUI story was true.

I should have phrased that as their was not an immediate response to that accusation.

Thanks for the repost in #88. I haven't had time working today to dig my own threads up!

Dio haven't we been told the entire truth is bizarre or it's nastier than reported or something to that effect? May not be just about sex.

Well, if this guy in Kenya is her real fiance, she might still have run there.

Kerry already has denied reports that he had an extramarital affair. On Monday, his campaign said he would have no further comment.
The latest from the Kerry camp. Imagine if GWB gave this response to the National Guard issue. Will the media accept this response from Kerry and say case closed? Probably.
