-demand "rules of evidence" be adhered to as if this is a court of law

-seem more interested in *procedural* matters ("yes maybe this is all true but it's not what was Used to go to war") than in the practical question of nat'l security

-proceed from the assumption of innocence (Saddam's innocence)

Slowly the case is being built and in about 6-8 months just when the RATs are about to nominate whichever traitor they will nominate the boom will be lowered. Er, bin Laden was asked to leave Sudan on May 18, 1996 - but when he left for Afghanistan, it was on a C-130 transport with 150 people. The cornell website (as I recall) said it was just before the Khobar bombing. But that was in reference to the embassy bombing research two years later, and I'm not sure how or if a date was confirmed.
