Let's make sure these documents get printed in book form.
I hope a lot of freepers are using the links!
There seem to be some that are sending to many different outlets. It sure seems like it's more positive than when jveritas started. Looks like it's catching on. Had one post that cautioned against making the contacts look like spam. Do you think it could be a problem?
I don't think it's a problem. Did someone say that to you?
I think it was just a caution, check #38.
Hmm - I don't see it in #38. Regardless, I don't think it's a problem if on each of these threads we post the links.
Sorry Peach, it's #38 at this thread.

Thanks for finding that, jazusamo.
I'm not positive what the freeper was referring to but do sort of remember that MoveOn and other organizations like that sent out mass mailings and that routinely ignored as spam.
When I send stuff to the media, I send it to them directly. In other words, I don't send it to a whole slew of them at once. I know it takes more time that way and am not certain it's the best way or makes a difference.
Maybe you could freepmail that freeper and he'd correspond with you and give you more information. If he does, please share it with me, if you don't mind.
Thanks for all you're doing, jazusamo. I appreciate it very much and think that it represents the best of Free Republic. Activism.
That looks like a pretty good letter to send out.
I do have one suggestion though. You may want to add that jveritas puts a link to the originals in each of his translations. That way they can get to the posting of the original document, and not just get a translation that they have no way of verifying.
"There's an old trick in the media circle that usually works in getting the word out, target small outlets, local newspapers and local news, and then the MSM can't take not being the head honcho and will follow. Look at the Cheney Accidental Shooting."
I was thinking the same thing the other day, so I have started doing that for the small town newspapers in the state of Kansas.
I urge others to do the same in their state.
It'll work but it takes a lot more effort and once one gets published it really opens the gates.
Ping to read later
