I didn't flame. But I did make a point that Libertpost.org did have some earlier problems those posting in there knew about. Now these problems were from those wishing to disrupt or make it FR vs LP and some FR policy issues from what I remember. That was the arguement in that forum and not anti-semetic dribble as found in another forum with a simuliar name from what I gather.

Two forums are being confused here. I remember the LP exchange thread with Bad Joe and even Bob Jones and a few others. I stayed out of it. The anti FR rheotoric in LP it seems for the most part has been handled and the forum is a good place to debate as well as FR. The issue was setttled on or about July 22 I believe as the nonsense stopped at that point if you look at the latest comments there.

BTW for those with a few memory cells left a highly respected Freeper about a year and a half ago set up a small forum and he had to deal with the same thing more or less from the same persons. The results and response was much the same. It was Sit-reps forum to be exact. He got tired of it so did Neil.

Also as a thread posted by the owner Title: LP Notice: Banning Enforcement by IP (FR Thread) http://www.libertypost.org/cgi-bin/readarticle.cgi?114+894+0+1 makes his intent clear on the matter. I'm giving him the chance I gave Sit-Rep though I never posted there and not because I have any disagreements or axes to grind with him I don't. But I do remember the disruption it caused here over a certain Freeper getting banned here for mentioning it as a place to post more detail about some subject matter.

The person was promptly re-instated here. Some go to other forums as per JR's wishes to debate subject matter that though not bad {racist, anti semetic, ect} but rather political issues would start WW3 of flame wars in here.

They probably complain. But some posters are slick enough to say "Libertarians are just interested in legalizing pot because they are druggies" without directly attacking individual posters. That's what I mean about finding a crease in the posting guidelines.

I have never asked for a thread to be pulled, unless I goofed and posted a dupe. I was referring to posters who 1) carry their agendas with them from thread to thread, like some kind of Dickensonian chain for weeks and months; nothing is done about this; 2) threads that are pulled or posters banned because they may disagree with Bushbots who seem to run in packs. From my distant observations, 3)several times it appears that favoritism has been shown concerning who gets banned or what is pulled. That is what I meant by the erratic application of policy. And sometimes you can't figure out whether you are coming or going, or what "prevailing" policy is going to be in the wind today. &;-)
