Believe me, there are bosses on the CPD that are dumb enough to try ordering a PO to do this; and there are PO’s dumb enough to follow that order.
Insurrection... Arrest and send to gitmo. Right now. I remember reading about whisky rebellions, veterans wanting benefits, and the fed really cracking down on a few hundred people... Arrest them all and send to gitmo and let history play out.
