Sure it’s a lot less traffic... the freeways and the surface streets.

So some city payroller is using an official tax-payer funded vehicle to pick up some Mexican doughnuts, and that is okay. Maybe the city should paint their tax-payer funded vehicles a Barbie Pink to avoid setting off the cucharachas.
