If it is determined while they're trying to run, that's easy. Too bad-—you're disqualified. The rules are the rules.
If you've already been elected, certified and are in office, then that's up to the political process. Whether it chooses to act or not will probably be a question of degree. If someone discovered you had only been a resident in the United States for 13 years and 360 days instead of 14 years, I'm reasonably sure no one would do anything. If it turns out you were elected with a false identity and were actually a Colombian drug lord, the process would certainly mobilize to remove you.
The reality, however, is that it's very hard to hid a significant fact like being born abroad, so this is unlikely to come up. Now, I know you believe it has already happened. But when I look at the cards on this table, all the actual evidence indicates to me that Obama was born in Hawaii; all this carrying on about various reasons without evidence why he could have been born somewhere else is no basis for doing anything. It's just wild and baseless speculation. Obama isn't obligated to answer me when I ask if he's quit beating his wife yet, and he isn't obligated to answer this stuff, either. I would defend any hypothetical President subjected to such irrational conspiracy mongering.
As far as the two-citizen parent stuff goes, that doesn't strike me as a basis for doing anything, either. Now if it was a matter of established law that one must have two citizen parents to be NBC and Obama had concealed his true father's identity, that would be a problem. But that isn't what happened. Obama was completely open about his father being a non-citizen, it was a stipulated fact before the election, and nobody charged with vetting and certifying his election saw it as a problem relative to NBC status. They didn't see it as a problem because, quite frankly, there's a well-understood legal and historical basis for why Obama would be a NBC with a non-citizen father. So again, I would defend any hypothetical President with the same circumstance subjected to the same complaint.
Yes, I agree, there is a lot of flak. I’m sorry to say that is what happens when birthers & anti-birthers try to discuss the birth issue.

When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

I think it's nonsense. I believe Obama was born in Hawaii and, as such, he's eligible for the Presidency. I didn't vote for him but 69 million other Americans did and that's the real issue.
If anyone wants to know why Obama hasn't forked over his "long form" BC, one only needs to look at the circus of scam-artists, grifters, military shirkers, unhinged cranks and other assorted clowns helping out Obama in their efforts to draw attention away from his real failures. If these folks aren't being paid by Obama, they should be.
Suppose for example we had a president, that is not Obama, who's eligibility is in question, just where would your loyalties be ?
