Kevin Corvais, Mandesa, and Gedeon McKinney are all now considering record contracts.

Haven't heard any complaints about Catherine Zeta whatshername! Seems being voluptuous is just fine in her case!!!

Mandisa will be fine I think. She would have a fantastic career in Gospel. Perfect voice. And seems to be a delightful person. Hoping all the best there.

Well, they are all pretty much better off for being on AI. I think we can talk degrees of fame. Covais should grab the first record offer he gets, beacuse it will likely be his only one.

Tay Tay looks a little scared, too.Even in jest, that girl can look MEAN. Grin...
Looking at this one, I can easily imagine her holding a bloody steak knife in her left hand :o

Latest accesshollywood.com rumor has the writers of the sappy pop ballad quitting over Taylor being difficult regarding the sappy pop song. I am highly suspicious of this rumor, but it is juicy, and I wouldn't blame Tay-Tay a bit for protesting having to sing something that allegedly was written by Nick Lachey and Tamyra Gray.

Nope, Kevin got the axe before the top 10, he just misses the cut.

Below is the excerpt from the Access Hollywood blog. Read with plenty of salt, as they have made "mistakes" before:
I do have some inside information I want to share with you all. I'm a little hesitant considering the firestorm Billy's Elliot comment made. So, take this for what its worth and don't shoot the messenger. Just know that being on "American Idol" can definitely change people. Imagine you are just a regular person living your life and all of a sudden you are plucked out of obscurity and having people dressing you up, doing your hair and makeup and millions of people adoring you. That type of experience can change anyone. I've seen it happen every single season. We interview the Top 12 idol hopefuls and by the end of the season, most of them come out completely different people. So, it doesn't surprise me to hear that the writers of the song, which both idols will perform on the finale, (the one that gets recorded as a single) quit. A source tells me that they felt that Taylor's ego had gotten out of control and he was too difficult to handle. In his defense, Taylor is clearly a bit eccentric. So, maybe he was just misunderstood. Or maybe he was just standing up for what he believes in. Let's consider that these singers are sometimes forced to produce a record in a style that doesn't suit them. Was "Inside Your Heaven" really true to what Carrie Underwood is? Listen to the difference between that song and "Jesus, Take the Wheel" and I think you will see what I mean. Don't forget that Kelly Clarkson sued to get out of her "Idol" contract so she could record a sophomore album that was more to what she wanted it to be. Two Grammys later, I'd say that was a smart bet.

Looking at this one, I can easily imagine her holding a bloody steak knife in her left handAwwww...come on, you're looking at a future Academy Award winner if Kat, mommy and daddy have anything to say about it. Oh, wait...nevermind. Come to think of it, a lot of mean people have won Oscars. (Slaps m'self upside m'head...) What was I thinking?! ;-)

He and Melissa won't be performing at the finale, either.
Also from that access Hollywood site, they say they talked with George Clooney's reps and they never offered Katharine anything! LOL

LOL! Kat with a big knife. Maybe someday she'll star in a horror flick. Heck, maybe they'll remake "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane," with Kat in the creepy, eerie Bette Davis part.
