Taylor's become the favorite since Chris's departure. They're predicting a Taylor/Katharine final but Elliott isn't far behind so he's still in the running.

Elliott needs to keep up his "rising" to make the finals unless Katharine has a 3rd bad week (which is unlikely).

Of course,if Miss McPhee has another wardrobe malfunction, she could win it all. LOL

Simon said that only the winner is GUARANTEED a contract. To offer contracts to the others diminishes the win for the winner. He has a point.

From what I heard, only the Winner gets the official "Idol" contract but the others are free to pursue them on their own.

And that is different than the first two finishers getting contracts.

I would think the top 5 are probably going to get offers.

Nobody gives a crap about "Average Joe Elliot" (not to be confused with the Def Leppard singer),Kat is gonna be doing spreads for Playboy in 4-5 yrs, Taylor is nothing but a karaoke version of Michael McDonald and looks like Jay Leno.

I am happy for Chris...he can ditch the bubble gum crap and move on to bigger and better things. Yes he should have won this contest but as America showed with Bo Bice...they would rather have bubble gum than rock.

I watch Idol Extra every week (I have DirecTV).

Good show except for having to put up with Makayla Gordon.

The interviews I've seen with Bucky, Ace, Kellie and Paris have all been pretty good.

I'm interested in hearing what Chris has to say! He and Bucky were the married guys so I'm sure they'll show his wife too.
