Sometimes, but not always.
*sigh*
Sometimes it's just spectacular in the scope of the noise generated, all the shouting screaming and running makes for one cacophony of sound.

No problem, I know someone who can do the lights as well as the sound. Ever hear the sound of gravel going through a turbine? Musical cacophony and colorful, too!

Lots of sound, lots of flying parts, lots of sparks, lots of downtime afterwards and someone hearing alot of swearing and griping afterwards.
*yikes!*
Wonder how one could be brought along?

It was just a small turbine engine to play with. He put it on a cart on a rail and it was a blast except that it got too hot and, worse, it tended to ignore the track.

LOL!
A quote from my days in uniform: "I know a bad idea when I see one, and THIS... is a bad idea."

Just a little one?

This looks more like the gravel coming out the turbine.

Hurt the ears if you didn't have your earplugs in.
Sounded more like *THOOOOOOOOOMB* through the earplugs, and then the round 'sploding in the impact zone was a faint *crack* almost like hearing a stone quarry blasting.
(Unless we were close to the impact zone, then it sounded more like a *bang* and we were happier then.)
