A lawyer representing Tillman argued that he is entitled to a bond, and she asked for a reasonable bond to be set.
Ultimately, the judge denied the prosecutor’s request and granted Tillman a bond totaling $9,500 for the following counts:
Count 1, attempted sexual battery - $5,000 bond Count 2, battery by strangulation - $1,500 bond Count 3, false imprisonment - $3,000 bond
The judge said the charges are third-degree felonies. She also brought up Tillman’s criminal record during the hearing.
“What bothers the Court setting bond in this case is, you know, he’s got some violent offenses and a violent history, and these are violent offenses. But nonetheless, I think the bond is set,” the judge said.
Tillman was also given a stern warning.
“Sir, I want you to listen up,” said the judge.
“Yes, ma’am,” Tillman replied.
“You’ve got an atrocious record,” she told Tillman. “These charges are violent in nature. You will not, and I repeat not, have any contact directly or indirectly with the named victim. You will not return to the scene of the offense. Tampering with a witness is a felony, and it will cause a violation of your pre-trial release conditions.”
“rping a girl in a park”
Is that like ksing a girl, or pting your dog?
What is this fad of being afraid to print the word in English?
Seems to be showing up more & more in poor journalism.
X and YouTube will ax or ‘demonetize’ anything that mentions rape, Nazi, murder, and a whole list of words.
So, on YouTube for example, they’ll say “unalive” instead of “murder.”
Sorry it makes the story more difficult to read but that’s what’s up.
Can they impeach judges in Florida? This seems to be a reasonable case to impeach a judge on.
Keep in mind, at least it is my understanding, he only had to post 10% of his bail.
Usually about 13% if he posted cash but his Auntee may have put up real estate (her shack) and then it’s no cash/walk.
Even with the cash bond a lot of the bonds now are on ‘payment plans.’
Need to make it where judges can be sued personally if they let out a violent offender. Until that happens you’ll get this insanity.
They won’t impeach because these judges RUN FOR OFFICE promising to be lenient on criminals.
Democrats are stuck on stupid.
Real world doesn’t alter stupidity.
Your Honor, I was just...Sitting on a park bench, eying little girls with bad intent...
I wonder if the "judge" has any kids she would like to donate to the vulture.
I hear the Louder with Crowder podcast almost every day in spite of it being raunchy, the sarcastic humor is worth it much of the time. Even just yesterday the guys were blasting youtube for the banishing and demonetizing they have been a victim of. I’ve been shadowbanned by youtube for over 14 years now for a humorous posting against global warming in the form of talking robots.
The Gov and the AG ought to take this personnally and fire the estupido!
Where in Florida did this happen, and who was the judge? Elections have consequences!

Found it: Orange county, judge Bargour.. if you disagree with the result, vote accordingly.
You can’t even say Antifa on Youtube or they will demonetize you. I thought it didn’t exist, so what’s their problem with the imaginary word?

Jacoby Vontrell Tillman
Let me go judge
I’m ready to play
Look at me , I’m free
You will see
I’ll rape again
Here’s an idea: he could have gotten, say, 5 years. So for the next 5 years hold the judge equally accountable for any violent crimes this man commits. If he rapes someone else, charge him and charge the judge. That man shouldn’t be back in society.
Orange County has become a typical democrat controlled playground for their favored criminal class. No crime seems to be serious enough for them to actually do something about stopping them.
There are a lot of rotten male judges, to be sure, but the females definitely have them beat in the rottenest department.
I bet the same judge would have sentenced a J6 protestor to 20 years! (first offense!)
Ok, I didn’t know that, makes sense. Thank you.
These judges seem to be daring the public to take justice into their own hands.
