Paulette Gibson, 37, and Iicsis Gibson, 20, both face charges for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, felony conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. The suspects are accused of encouraging a 10-year-old family member to be present during the fight that authorities say led to the stabbing.
According to an incident report, Paulette Gibson was seen in the video swinging a knife multiple times at one of the victims, aiming for her head and upper body.
The report also states that a golf club was used during the fight, and that Paulette Gibson’s 10-year-old daughter participated in the assault without her mother intervening.

What the hell is wrong with North Carolina. WHere is the Governor and legislature and not impeaching this judge?
Citizens are just going to start taking the law into their own hands at this rate.
More people need to carry and not be reticent to use their piece.
Better know what to say as Dem prosecutors will charge YOU with a crime if you try to defend yourself.

I did a search trying to find who the Judge was. The only hit I got was a Facebook post on this perp for an account named "North Carolina Conservatives." I don't have a Facebook account, so I can only go down a few comments before I get the login screen that blocks my access. Someone mentions Cooper, which I believe they mean Gov. Roy Cooper who apparently appointed the Judge. The other one is a meme about Judge Merchan. Maybe someone who has a Facebook account can find something farther down in the comments.

you know, i’m starting to think that the national religion of ‘diversity’, bestowed upon us in 1965, may not have been the best idea.
You’d think that judge would be so proud of what he/she/it did and would post their pic on the FR just to brag about what a great decision this was. Of course since she’s not bad looking maybe there was a little hanky-panky that went into that decision.
From what I have heard, you don’t even say that you were in fear for your life. The ONLY thing you say is that you want to speak to your lawyer and say NOTHING MORE.
I explicitly invoke my rights under the fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments. I do not consent to searches or seizures, I request my attorney, and I will answer no questions.
Then don’t answer any questions about anything ... and if you’re feeling faint, request transportation to the nearest hospital.
The police are not your friends. With few exceptions ... and those few exceptions will understand why you’re invoking Constitutional protection. Heck, even the uniformed thugs understand ... they just don’t like it.
A Charlotte magistrate judge, Teresa Stokes, released a man who was later charged with the murder of a woman on the light rail after he had previously been arrested for other offenses.
Probably another Charlotte magistrate stooge like Teresa Stokes.
Charlotte used to be a good place to go up until the late 00s.
So have the feds arrest her and charge her with violating the civil rights of her victims. If it’s good enough for the dems to do, we should do it too.
