Your comment is interestingly from the President. I find his comment to be believable to the extent that considering Russia’s performance in the Uke war, that they are no real threat to the rest of Europe.

A week to win is not realistic. But the Ruskies should have fully mopped up Ukraine within a year.

My theory on the Russians, going back to the USSR days and up to current, is that they may be bullies, but they are not stupid. Meaning they will try anything but stop at nuclear war. Going past Uke borders would mean eventual nuclear war, so I think the other neighboring countries are safe.
