I wasn’t about to put up with being told I’m a racist. When I asked the stupid woman a simple question she couldn’t answer it.
In a company I worked for i had the most diverse staff - though the smallest group numerically, yet every single hire i made had ZERO DEI element to it. They were each best qualified among the other applicants at the time.
Harvard is admitting applicants who need remedial math and English, so Charlie Kirk was hardly making breaking news.
I am getting to the point that when non-whites and some whites make statements like that they should be told in no uncertain terms that if you truly believe that then you should stop using any and all all devices, ideas and philosophies that were invented, articulated, developed and improved upon by white people — and that includes Marxism, communism and leftism in general — which were all articulated by white men.
The whole enterprise is ludicrous and racist to the core.
My belief has always been that true “diversity” requires two things - widen your universe of from where you seek candidates so that you are not intentionally narrowing your search with prejudice, and then use merit professionally and character personally to select the best people.
Absolutely. The contradiction of ‘’diversity’’ seems lost on it’s biggest champions. “We’re all equal and diversity is our strength’’ is the most idiotic self-contradicting nonsense I’ve ever heard.
