V COS would also be a good way to revoke the 17th amendment.

It ended slavery but opened up a new can of worms.

Especially "selective incorporation."

I recognize this issue is causing a debate of For and Against Nationally. I once was For a Convention of States BUT the more research I did convinced me to be Against. With Voter Fraud so rampant a Convention of States is Too Risky.

Please understand …. a Convention of States is Too Risky. I believe the Founders of our Nation gave the People enormous power over those seeking to govern the People. My belief has become, after personal research, the risk For the People could through a Convention of States could create a government with more power to further enslave the People more than is the current state. I’m currently slave enough.

Br’er Rabbit comes to mind.

“Don’t toss us into that COS briar patch. Oh, no—we would really hate that!”

More risk than we face today ?

I disagree.

And I believe the fear porn narrative of

” it's too risky”

is on the same level of the

” you are a conspiracy theorist”

narrative.

Dems and rinos favorite go to assertions.

You say you are “ slave enough”

And yet fear worse tyranny ?

How much worse can tyranny be for a “slave “ ?

No, we have a bureaucratic and oligarch tyranny NOW.

What ? We should vote our way out of it ?
Rely on the federal Congress to legislate the tyranny away ?

No, they act too slow to save our nation.

Article V COD could right ALL the wrongs in 1 fell swoop.

Our only hope is for the states to regress the fed back into its proper constitutional role .

Repeal the 16th and 17th amendments.

Revoke D.C. sovereignty and independence, and return it to state property and jurisdiction.

The founders KNEW. tyranny would eventually creep in due to man's sinful nature.

They knew they had to provide an “ in case of federal decent into tyranny emergency “ lever for states to reign in federal over reach.

There is no other reason for article V COD to have been added to the founding documents or to exist.

The only thing “ at risk” is to the federal bureaucratic tyranny, demcommies, rino’s, crony criminal corporatists, oligarchs and apostate tyranny .

.
