Obama is an exemplar of the prototypical democrat owing primary allegiance to party, their religion.
Whatever charges at all will stick, in my opinion.
That said, the Obama admin’s actions were taken in an effort to directly derail Trump’s first term, which I would say they successfully did to a degree.
Because of that, and because of the nature of these actions which have now come to light, I propose that the only recompense is to either award Trump with an automatic third term to make up for the lost first term, or to award him with the ability to appoint a successor of his choice for one free term to carry on the MAGA agenda.
In the case of the appointment, that one term would not count toward that individuals two-term limit, and thus whoever serves that term would then be free to run on two terms of their own.
Yes, I know it requires a special consideration to do that. But given the especially egregious nature of what Obama and his flunkies did, I think it’s warranted that the dems should automatically be deemed “out of power” for another term as payback.

The important thing to keep in mind, is that the left is at the point now where they are incapable of telling the truth. They doublethink that what they say will serve “the greater good.” e.g. “It was fake, but accurate.”
Any one of them will say something—usually approved by their politburo then repeated like a mantra in their MSM— that leaves everyone shaking their heads, until it is shown to be a lie.

Led by Obama, this was a conspiracy to subvert the will of the American people (when Trump was candidate) and to OVERTHROW A SITTING PRESIDENT (after he was elected via bogus impeachments, A RAID on Mar-a-lago, lawsuits, etc.)
THEN, in the lead-up to Trump being elected AGAIN, they switched to LAWFARE where there is evidence various attorneys around the country communicated (and even VISITED THE WH) to conspire to arrest, indict and imprison Trump prior to his second term.
This is by far TEXTBOOK TREASON by Obama, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Hillary, and others. Attempting to OVERTHROW A DULY-ELECTED PRESIDENT is third world Obama stench.
