"The problem with EOs is that they are not laws, and therefore are susceptible to reversal by the next guy who sits in the Oval Office."

Many of us have been saying that since January 6. The damnable putative Republican Congress is absolutely useless in codifying President Trump's work in law.

"Another area of concern has to do with ROUGE judges."

Yes, indeed, the "red" judges are a serious problem and roadblock to serious reform and MAGA.

the mistake this author makes is in assuming the speaker is on board with MAGA. I haven’t seen any evidence to support this

Presidents like Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln, and FDR used their black-letter Article II power forcefully, and ignored Article III intrusions - but they all had huge legislative majorities committed to their actions, no matter what.

Donald Trump does not have a working Congressional majority - not even close - and there is probably a majority in Congress willing to remove him if he gets serious about illegal aliens.

Trump should simply ignore the lower courts’ injunctions that go beyond the specific participants in any case. Judges have no Constitutional power to make nationwide injunctions and Trump should act accordingly.

The reality is, the judiciary is running a coup d'état and if Trump doesn’t end to it soon, his legacy will be failure and the collapse of the Republic.

Trump best pick a hill to fight, fight, fight on. And soon.

Neither House of Congress has a MAGA majority, or anything close to it.

While I agree with the above statement, I do think Trump will correct the situation sometime before July.

At least that's what Bannon is saying.

As in Khmer Rouge.

Way to throw a wet blanket! Every idiot knows that executive orders aren’t laws. Trump is doing the best he can with the tools he has. Use executive orders and trust the voters not to put Democrats in the position to steal another election. That is the best way to do it.

I would trust the voters about as far as I could throw them.

It also assumes they’ll even bother to show up to vote.

Honeymoon?

The bimbos and pretentious ‘men’ in the press need to go back to telling us Biden is sharp as a tack - that’s more believable than a ‘honeymoon’... Maybe the Washington Post, New York Times and MSNBC can get back together and run Biden in three years.

I mean Biden is the best version of Biden he’s ever been and his butt boys in the press can push that lie everyday - - all of them believing each other. Yeah, and Biden will get a four year honeymoon - not the 12 minutes Trump might have gotten.

The writer mistakes the presidency for God — and so is naturally disappointed that despite having more than a 100 more days to work with, the world is still not perfect — and up to his expectations.

Trump has already done more than any other president and leader in modern times — including appointing competent people to delegate authority to — instead of the “Democratic” practice of always hiring people less capable than themselves — so as to seem that one is “the best and the brightest, and running circles around them” — as in the previous administration.

If the executive orders only last as long as he is president, that is four more years than would have happened otherwise — waiting for a body of hundreds to make that reality eternal. The way history works, is that nothing lasts forever, and so if one has four great years, that is four more than would have happened than waiting for “perfect” to happen. That sets a precedent for whatever follows.

Appreciate the fact and reality that Trump does make the whole world better — and we don’t have a senile, incompetent, “woke” person in charge of the nuclear arsenal.
