Let me help you with reading comprehension. The passenger wasn’t “demanding” anything the company doesn’t already plan for. Frontier is a cheap airline that charges you every step of the way. As such, if you need to check I with agent, they charge you $25. Since passenger arrives 10 minutes after kiosks stopped working for his check in, he had to go to agent. When he learned of the charge (unique to Frontier) he swore under his breath. The agents of airlines then got “offended” and wouldn’t check him in/do their job and were rude about it. Please place blame on appropriate party.

The counter people wouldn’t be able to do it either I would assume. Same computer system.
This why I’ll never fly United. I had been traveling for three solid days coming home from Baghdad for R&R. My reservation had been made a month beforehand. I was bumped off the last leg to Jacksonville....upon my protest the obese black women gate agent told me I would miss the next flight too if I didn’t like it.
Since then I’ve told anyone who’ll listen to forgo United Airlines. Period. I drive now.
The guy was apparently thirty minutes early, based on a video I’d watched earlier.
Apparently, those power-trippers were terminated.
