The first of Oswald’s missed, the other 2 hit their mark. GB had a rifle that matched what O used, but it didn’t work after the first shot. He ended up using another rifle. Hit the mark with all three shots & they all went thru the target balloons & thru the front window on the driver’s side. I suppose you could say that only hitting a balloon wouldn’t have allowed any ricochet effect. But still...

Yes, the second bullet hit in the limo hit bone (Kennedy’s skull) and shattered into fragments. The first to hit Kennedy wound up in Connally’s thigh, barely, as it was almost spent. Of course the first shot hit a twig or something and wound up down by the RR overpass. From what I read, a concrete fragment hit someone in his cheek.
I think we will give them a pass on the Oppenheimer case.
