I wonder who brought this lawsuit in the first place. “Standing” used to be a big thing back when various groups were trying to litigate 2020 election irregularities. Now it seems any leftist who doesn’t like Trump’s policies has the power, with the assistance of a compliant judiciary, to side-track Trump’s executive powers.
If the commies win the en banc vote, SCOTUS could hear the case if they accept it.
The judge was out of his lane.
