Who you gonna believe, Whittaker Chambers or Alger Hiss?

While that answer is obvious, getting people to accept how vile this government's behavior has been is a bitch. To compile backup and win cases is the only way to make reality unmistakeable. We need a litany of convictions here, perp walks, cuffs, orange jumpsuits... the whole bit. Else, with the way children are being conditioned in public shcools and universities, this is all going to get worse.

BTW, named my cat Alger Hiss. He was awesome, unlike his namesake.

"I think a number of government employees need serious prison time and confiscation of all their assets as restitution."

It's long overdue. Many have blatantly violated the privacy, and civil rights of citizens, with no fear of prosecution. And one citizen who has been the victim of violation of privacy civil rights is PRESIDENT TRUMP!

If it can be found that a judge really did say that the 6th Amendment was suspended because of Covid that judge should face sanctions by the appellate courts jail time.

Fixed. It's high time judges feared violating the Constitution.

I hope Trump brings the hammer down on the traitors involved in this horrible abuse. They deserve to be tossed in jail if not worse.

Every damn soul involved in this should rot and burn in Hell, unless Jesus takes pity on them.

If all of this is true, every government employee involved in this MUST face some kind of trial and be imprisoned for life or executed. No negotiating or backing down. The Fed boys are completely out of control.

Furthermore, with this kind of behavior and attitude, the entire BATF agency should be shut down immediately and ALL personnel terminated. Re-establish a new agency and carefully hire people who clearly understand that one can NOT treat people that way and they must follow constitutional law. I can not even desribe my rage. This must be done or it WILL be done during or after a civil war.

When the government wants to convict you and can not, the legal process is the punishment. Tresspassing is a misdemeanor in DC unless you are a leftist in which case it is encouraged and lauded.

Where I live in Texas if I trespassed not knowing I was trespassing the cops would say to me, “know where you are at now go home.” At the worst he would write a citation. If I were trespassing and threatening violence or committing violence, the cop would go Genghis Khan on me, if the homeowner had not already shot me. In Texas that would be a legal shoot.

I love Texas with the exception of Austin, also known as “Berkley on the Colorado.”

What that judge said and did is anti-Constitutional.

Better pull the battery or run it down to nothing.

In most modern phones the battery is an integral part of the case and cannot be removed. Plus, the device will not allow the battery to discharge to 0. It may say zero on the display but that means down to the margin they set.

I was wondering about that as I posted. I hate where all this is going. When I buy something, it should be mine to control. Now all I'm getting is a contract with strings to a pile of case law nobody understands.
