Memories are foggy but somewhere I want to recall a story about the staffers and Senate offices that were being spied on by DOJ somewhere, can’t remember. This might be a case of opportunity for some Republicans who hated the deep state just as much.

Smart of Trump to put all these names out there early. By the time it’s time for the actual confirmation votes all this will be Old News and everyone will have had a chance to make their senators aware of what is expected. I’m more worried about lame duck Never-Trumpers like Mitch McConnell (2 years left). He may be the deciding vote on the Gaetz nomination.
He was on Hannity last night before I could change the channel and he was talking on the Ukraine thing.
I was shocked that he has changed his tune on this topic.

I saw this story, was shocked to see that Grahamnesty was going to back Gaetz, and then I saw the comment that says “his 2026 reelection bid.”
Lindsay always moves to the Right when he is inside a two-year approach of another reelection.

Lindsey seems to understand what is necessary to save his job. Other RINOs should follow his example.
