I cannot shake the feeling that the Democrats wanted to lose this election while dividing people as much as possible.
They have left a horrible problem for the next president with their invasion from another culture. We can’t keep spending money on them, letting them stay in hotels and giving them food. It’s going to get ugly and they can blame Trump.
They got the open boarders they paid for.
Yes they want to destroy the country, but they need the power to do it. I think Trump will fix their mess and I am starting to think that they will be out of power for decades except in NY and California and New England.
Yes they want to destroy the country
That’s what “Build Back Better” meant. Biden was there to destroy.
Biden hasn’t been a Moderate since he spoke at Robert Byrd’s funeral.
When they nominated Brandon back in 2019, they were stuck with him for 2 election cycles - his ego is the size of the lost continent of Lemuria (with about as much basis in reality), and that ego would never, ever let him voluntarily step down after just 4 years in the White House. Guess his handlers figured they would just keep announcing “He’s as sharp as a tack!”, and with the media covering up his obvious dementia issues, enough voters would believe it to win this year...
Yeah, that was the discussion at the time. I also think some of the possible replacements looked at this as having to go against the Biden administration and explain how they, as a Democrat, would do it differently. Many of them I suspect started to toward 2028.

Apparently, more WHITE women shop for groceries than kill their babies.
Fixed that for ya. Only white women voted majority Trump. Latino women were decent at around 36%, which was a nice jump this election.
The Democrats never had a “ legal primary “. No one in their party was given a choice or was able to vote for a candidate. Harris was instated, a dictatorship.
Any level headed Democrat should have been angry about that.
This is true. Anybody else would’ve been outspent by Harris if they had held a primary, because she was the only one who could legally have access to that money.
What they should’ve done was have an open primary with Biden in or out. Apparently, if you have an incumbent, you don’t run someone against them. The problem this time was that Joe really was suffering from his old age. Which is why they should’ve let others run against him.
Obama’s ego is just too big. He wanted Joe to still be there so he could push him around. Then when the first debate happened, they pulled the rug out from underneath Joe. It’s their own fault.
They still would have nominated Kamala. The “super delegates” would have seen to that, just as they did with Hillary. They are so dedicated to virtue signaling they wouldn’t dare dump the first woman of color VP in favor of a white male like Newsom, Kelly, or Shapiro.
Don’t you think that it’s possible that politics is run by something even bigger?
History seems to show that elections are managed all of the time in other countries by the CIA and/or other agencies. Putin keeps “winning”.
It’s been said that the Democrat Party is the party of angry women and weak men. It is also a reality that married women vote for conservatives. So if only white women voted majority Trump, I can extrapolate from that, that only the husbands of white women are satisfying their wives.
“if you have an incumbent, you don’t run someone against them”
There are relatively recent examples of Democrats disgusted with their President running serious primary challengers against them.
Teddy Kennedy vs Carter
McCarthy vs LBJ
Those were ideological pitched battles.
Carter survived a tough primary season.
LBJ withdrew.
(Of course the Democrats then picked somebody who won zero primaries—Humphrey—that little Politboro trick did not work out well for them then—just like it did not work out well now.)
Harris got the nod b/c hers and Biden’s names were on the FEC documents.....
ergo, only she was entitled to the $100 million campaign war chest.
They could have won with a mainstream candidate, yes.
I doubt that the DNC party Puppetmeisters would have allowed a mainstream candidate on the ticket. So it would not have been an open convention but instead a controlled convention.
But either way on that, they sure could have selected a better, more credible candidate (and an ELIGIBLE one)
...even had they simply picked a drunk off the alley in the rear of Convention Hall
Under current Democrat rules (which of course could change in a nanosecond) the Super-delegates do not get to vote on the first ballot.
A competitive primary against Biden was doable if someone could have gotten big Democrat fundraisers to support them.
Nobody could get that done.
For what it is worth, here is the sign translation:
Looks like it is after 5 PM, time for a drink. I'll get tight, maybe touch some young girl's breasts, Jill will try to stop me, and the young girl's father will threaten to cut off my right hand. Whaddya gonna do?
It could very well be that Liz Cheney’s endorsement of Kamala doomed her, because it definitely lowered the enthusiasm of Democrats to vote for her. It was meant to try to get Republican votes, and that failed....so thanks, Liz!
