Yeah, I posted on another thread. I have friends at both Trump WPB and Trump Jupiter. Sometimes they know he’s coming. Sometimes they don’t.
The only way to explain this away would be for the assassin to stake out the route between MarALago and Trump WPB for days waiting for the motorcade to come by - knowing he’s heading to play golf, then rush to his position and wait.
I can’t see that happening. SS is dirty.
I bet the Secret Service details are good indicators of the use of the course by Trump.
Hardpanned, as you wrote, if this story is true, then the SS has a whole lot of explaining to do as to how a gunman knew how to set up on such short notie.
This is going to be so much less sinister and more practical than people want to believe.
He was probably sitting in the parking lot of an Auto Zone or donut shop with a view of where all the local police and/or SS vehicles would start showing up to block traffic for the motorcade. All the elite folks disrupt traffic to have a secure ride. Tipped off of a move, golfing is a good presumption of the upcoming activity.
Spur-of-the-moment means different things to different people.

I just saw Martin County Sheriff Snyder on News Max and sadly he sounded like he turned over Routh to the FBI without even interviewing the suspect. When will our sheriffs stop kowtowing to the FBI. Then Snyder goes on and states that the question he would have liked to ask Routh was how did Routh know about the last minute decision of Trump to go golfing on Sunday morning, Snyder had Routh in his custody, so why didn’t he ask Routh himself and conduct his own interrogation of Routh. Major screwup in my book. One that DeSantis I’m sure is not pleased with.
When I was in college, I bartended at a private country club where Neil Bush was a member during his father’s presidency. Upon arriving at the private community entrance, it was obvious which days Neil was on the course or in the club, based on the SUV presence at the security booth, front of the club, and parking lot. I imagine all this guy had to do was stalk the place to figure it out.
Only problem with that is PDJT is loved and defended by his employees.
The SS, FBI, Homeland Security, DOJ - not so much.

Routh was a grandiose person who was sending messages to Bono, Bruno Mars, Elton John, and a bunch of others pop stars to write some kind of peace song to Ukraine and that he would help the pros with the lyrics.

I think the guy is CIA who went rogue. I think this hit was not sanctioned be his fed handlers. If it had been, this asshole’s brains would have been splattered live action all over his GoPro.
