Blaming Kamala’s ramblings on being drunk is an insult to alcohol. It doesn’t make you THAT stupid.
She does appear to be under the influence of something. Not a normal speech pattern. Too much laughter without reason.
The big distinction between Kamala and someone like Nancy Pelosi is that Pelosi can function without alcohol and Kamala can’t. I think she’s become totally dependent on alcohol or whatever it is she takes because it’s what she’s done for years. She’s never had to actually think and I don’t think she even capable of doing so at this point which is why her campaign is avoiding even friendly interviews. It doesn’t matter how friendly the interview is. She’ll still botch it and her campaign knows it.

Why would we even speculate about this? She’s a Democrat. What would be surprising would be if she *wasn’t* intoxicated or high.
She could be a high functioning dyslexic. Her round about way of describing basic concepts sounds dyslexic.
Possible high functioning schizophrenic also. If she adds drugs or alcohol to that mix...sounds about what you get with her verbal garbage.

I read earlier this year that she’s really anxious about public speaking. I wouldn’t be surprised if she takes something for it, either prescription or her own concoction. Maybe she should consider another line of work because all politicians have to be able to speak to the public.
She stopped at a store and bought Doritos. The media was breathless. Unlike Trump, she didn’t speak or pose for pictures with any customers or employees.
The new rules the Democrats created are that it's perfectly OK to pass off unsubstantiated rumors as facts. So we might as well play the game ourselves.
She's drunk, and now that that seed has been planted, you can't "unsee" it whenever you watch videos of her speaking in public.
