The uber Socialist Democrat party in the US, is in total turmoil.
Their convention begins in a few days, and they know they have two losers in charge, at the moment.
I look for a very interesting development coming up. How do they get rid of Mattressback & Nebraska Fats? Hold my beer!

Last GOP mayor of Detroit was 1962 I believe.

Almost every large American city is like Detroit and have been Dem controlled for many decades. It's not a surprise they still are controlled by the Dems/Marxists. Dems are gaining in some areas, losing in others.

“large American city like Detroit”

The population crash and burn in Detroit is mind boggling:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detroit

1930 1,568,662 57.9%
1940 1,623,452 3.5%
1950 1,849,568 13.9%
1960 1,670,144 −9.7%
1970 1,514,063 −9.3%
1980 1,203,368 −20.5%
1990 1,027,974 −14.6%
2000 951,270 −7.5%
2010 713,777 −25.0%
2020 639,111 −10.5%

Concur. Ramaswamy needs to take over this campaign, ASAP. Off message and undisciplined.

Couple that with the very real possibility that by the end of a 4 year term, inflation will have exponentially increased and probably at least 50% of Americans will be dying or starving to death because they cannot afford housing, food or prescription drugs. Just these two issues (Security & Economy) can win this for us. Socialist policies require the printing of huge sums of money which in turn inflates the economy like a balloon, this needs to telegraphed to every single person in this country - “You will be poor, you will own nothing and you will have to eat bugs”. That’s god’s honest truth.

That’s what Demoncrat rule can do to a once great American city like Detroit.

Elections are a state matter. Fed has no say. Rat controlled states may try to do it if told so by their Rat Fed masters. They would then make their state governments illegitmate after the elections & state inauguration dates. We had elections during the Civil War.

I really wish people who call themselves conservative would take the time to read the Constitution.

You don't understand Trump at all. He tries to frame his opponent; it's very Sun Tzu. You'd know this if you read a book occasionally that is not 100% pictures or how to fix a Harley Davidson. All the Concern Trolls and morons here think they know better, political experts. Too bad he has not won an election without all of your scintillating political acumen.

Acumen...that means ....depth of knowledge

I’m talking about Red States. You think Blue States want to leave the Union?

Most Red States have Republican control of their State Houses. They are the ones who matter when it comes to leaving the Union.

Have a good day.

Same for San Francisco, which was once a beautiful, world-class city. Now it's a garbage dump thanks to Dimocrats, including Coup-mala.

The GOP should have started working to clean up voter rolls immediately after the 2020 election. They have ignored the problem. A few private groups are working on the issue but they have little support from the RNC.

For instance, in Michigan:

“Show the feces and drug addicts all over the streets of San Fran. Then show the “mostly peaceful” riots in Minny. Then ask the undecided voter IF they would like these polices from Kamala and Walz in their city and neighborhood?”

THAT would be perfect.

You jumped to the conclusion that the Blue States are the ones who would want to separate. Not very good discernment. They would never want to separate from their Lords and Masters in the Fed. Gov. Your grasp of reality seems lacking.

I’d suggest that we BOTH brush up on the Constitution.

I will not go back and forth on this so am requesting a stop to it. Enough!

Have a good day.

I am grateful for some of the slight changes in Trump’s approach to a few specific issues, because I know that he and his advisers keep up with all scientific developments and polling developments affecting those issues. If the science changes, or if Americans become more aware of an issue and they start to poll differently about it, it’s a good thing, not a bad thing, if those attempting to lead us take the change into account. I’m glad he has those experts, and I’m glad he is responsive to the American voice.

As for the “terrible record” of his policy advisers, he has mentioned at least several times in his rally speeches that the had some poor advisers early on. I don’t think that is at all the case now.

If what you mean is his choice of language, I disagree with you 100%, although you and Franklin Graham are entitled to your own opinion and advice. He talks like the common man, on purpose. Perhaps you have noticed all the wild applause when he indulges in the vernacular. I think you are clearly in the minority on that issue.

I'm not sure where you are looking, but when Weird Waltz was selected, Trump instantly released a commercial hammering him.

I live in a Red area; RATS don't even come here except to get gravitas from visiting a military base. We saw no commercials from either party except on social media. There, Trump is hammering it. He and his supporter groups and influencers are all over Harris and now Waltz. I am surprised Waltz was picked; he is not popular outside the urban areas and Indian reservations. He has so much baggage, and his dirty laundry will soon be spread from sea to shiny sea.

That said, people do not vote at the bottom of the ticket; Vance will play better in rural and blue-collar areas, and he should bring Ohio with him and very possibly PA. Waltz is popular in Minneapolis/St. Paul, so he will not lose MN. He will not bring any other state with him. In the end, the real question is, do you want Harris or Trump?
