1. Taco jill isn't going to willingly give up power. She will continue to tell joe he "did it!!"
2. The (D) party is so wedded to identity politics, that for a white women to kick the next-in-line "black" woman to the curb would massively fracture their party.
3. hitlary couldn't assume the biden/harris campaign money (not that she couldn't raise her own money, but it's very late in the game and that amt of $$$ is significant). The only way she could is if harris was her vp, or is hitlery was harris's vp. Definitely not going to happen.
They're stuck with empty suite/head biden unless and until "dr" taco jill decades to throw in the towel (then next up would be heels-up harris).

Obama is no longer eligible to be president, so I would take this to mean that he is ineligible to be vice president.
It wouldn’t surprise me, though, if some slick lawyer or politician might look for a loophole.
